    Pedigree wanted insights into the discussion on dog food. Dog owners are an involved bunch of people when it comes to their 4 legged friends. Oxyme charted the online landscape and identified different types of dog owners. Based on this segmentation insights were created per type of dog owner allowing Pedigree to get a fine grained view on the topics being discussed. Oxyme also identified key sites and forums for effective implementation of a communication strategy.

    UPC is a Dutch telecom and internet provider. Oxyme analyzed consumer comments about UPC and its competition to provide insights to position the brand. Oxyme collaborated with the webcare managers ,the marketing intelligence and corporate communication division to maximize the value of the insights offered to the UPC organization.
