We think creating insights is a process of co-creation; your knowledge of the market and our capabilities combined result in a different view on your brand, product or campaign. Therefore we work closely together through frequent contact and sharing of information. By understanding you we are able to deliver better results. Oxyme consultants regularly participate in strategic sessions, wargames and other workshops jointly to exchange information and promote mutual understanding. To develop a partnership we formulated the following steps.
Kick Off Meeting
First, we listen to you. We are interested in your motivations, needs and goals with regard to the online world. In this way we can determine right questions that need to be answered. We use the kick off meeting to develop the correct starting point that will help to get what you need.

Briefing
Based on the results of the kick-off meeting we define a clear briefing which serves as the guideline throughout the collaboration. The briefing will also include a project planning and a definition of the deliverables.

Insights generation
After the right goals are defined, the process of collecting data and generating insights will start. This will be done by a special Oxyme team that is dedicated to your business.

Report
A week before the final report presentation we show you the initial report, in order to give you an idea of what you can expect. Based on your feedback we will fine tune the report which will be presented personally by the Oxyme team.

The Tools
Based on the outcome we might advise to continue monitoring the online world. Oxyme provides a number of custom build tools [newsletters, desktop application, online dashboard] to get relevant information to the right people in your organization. However we believe tools are not the agents of insights, people are. So at Oxyme tools are just that, tools nothing more.
